REVOLVING BANNER ON WEBSITE

All visitors to the Own Label show will refer to our website to register to attend the show. This opportunity allows your company banner logo to revolve throughout the pages of the main website providing you with prime site advertising space to thousands of potential customers for you who will be using the website for more information about the show and to pre-register for free entry.

EXHIBITOR LIST PAGE

This package offers your company high visibility plus your company logo and a ‘Sponsored by...’ banner viewed every time an exhibitor, media owner, visitor or delegate looks at our website’s alphabetical listing of exhibitors. Where an alphabetic sublist is used your logo will appear at the top of the exhibitor list guaranteeing a high click-through rate to your site<

PRE SHOW EMAIL CAMPAIGN

Sponsor one of the prospect or registered visitor update e-newsletters. During the run up to the show we target all identified contacts in the target market including past attendees/non-attendees, and to our partner and media partner databases. Each communication would include your banner/logo plus a link to your website. This is an excellent branding and sales lead generation opportunity.

FINAL PRE-REGISTERED VISITOR NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION

Sponsor the final pre-registered visitor newsletter and gain access to the desktop of every registered visitor prior to the event, making sure your brand and presence at the show cannot be missed. Each communication would include your logo and a small sales message along with a link to your website. This is an excellent branding and sales lead generation opportunity.

VISITOR REGISTRATION & BADGE

Enhance your brand prior to the exhibition and sponsor our registration page on the website (a huge percentage of visitors register via the web) and you can let everyone know you’ll be there. You will also receive a ‘sponsored by’ banner on the website and registration confirmation page, and single use access to the pre-registration database. Every visitor to the World Food Market is issued with a personalised visitor badge. The package available means that your logo will feature of every single visitor badge, alongside the show logos. This is a high profile, endorsing opportunity that makes every visitor to the show a walking advertisement for you. This includes all those visitors who are sent badges in advance of the show. You may also provide lanyards with your company logo.

VISITOR BAG

Upon entry to the event every single visitor will receive a Visitor Bag which will have the show logo on one side and could have your company logo on the other. As visitors go around the show the Visitor Bag acts as the perfect vehicle to collect as much information and samples as possible. As a result sponsorship of the Visitor Bag not only provides exposure at the event as a walking advertisement carried by visitors, but invariably ends up being taken back with the visitor to their office where it continues to generate exposure and reach business partners and colleagues.

There is a VIP lounge area at the exhibition where key buyers will be taken. There will be refreshments available for them, and it provides an area where they can take stock whilst at the show. Want to encourage visitors to your stand as they make there way around the event? Floor tiles displaying your logo are the answer. A limited number of vinyl floor tiles (1/2 metre square) are available providing prominent advertising sites directing visitors to your stand, whilst gaining key brand awareness at the event.

‘YOU ARE HERE’ BOARDS

Located in the entrances and at strategic points throughout the exhibition, they provide an invaluable navigational tool for exhibition visitors, featuring lists of all exhibiting companies with the floorplan showing the location of all stands and the conference/seminar programmes. The main sponsor will have its company name and stand number prominently displayed on the boards
